With about 30 years of cross-industry experience spanning aviation, healthcare language services, and international marketing, I specialize in helping organizations bridge cultural and linguistic gaps — with precision, empathy, and professionalism.

✈️ My Journey

I began my career as a certified flight interpreter supporting pilot training programs in China. Over the years, I advanced to become Director of the President’s Office at Sichuan Airlines, a leading Chinese airline renowned for top-quality customer service and global operations. In that role, I developed leadership and strategic skills in an international business environment.

After immigrating to the U.S., I transitioned into cross-border marketing consulting. Through collaboration with an experienced marketing consulting company, I helped U.S. based flight schools secure over 60% of the Chinese market share in the pilot training sector. My work involved not only marketing strategy but also direct customer support, training coordination, and cultural mediation between flight schools and Chinese airlines.

Building on my bilingual strengths and medical English background, I became a certified NBCMI medical interpreter and a certified PMP project manager. I’ve provided high-quality interpretation in clinical, hospital, and school settings — helping patients, families, and educators communicate effectively and confidently.
